Method of payment

Payments are done in cash at delivery or pick up. For orders worth more than € 50,=, we will ask for a deposit of 1/3 of the price, to be transferred into our account at the latest a week before the delivery date. This will help us cover the costs of ingredients.

Delivery

Delivery within a radius of 5 kilometres is free of charge. Outside that radius, we will charge € 4,50 + € 0,19 per kilometre.

Complaints

We will process your order with the utmost care and consideration. Should you nonetheless have a complaint regarding the order, delivery or our services, we urge you to let us know, using our contact form. Please share all relevant information about your complaint and we will handle and respond to it as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving it.
